Our portal technology provides a customisable interface that supports options including ecommerce, online ordering and online quoting. Our online ordering portal offers clients an unprecedented level of flexibility, such as enabling authorised team members to order pre-approved items at contracted pricing. As we manage portals in-house, we are able to tailor a clients’ online store to “look and feel” like an extension of their normal online environment, with familiar icons, categories, and language. Our portal provides a competitive edge and provides clients with efficient modes of placing and fulfilling orders.
As Promo & Print Co. owns the IP for the ordering portal, once a contract is in place there is no charge for construction or maintenance for the customer, and products can easily be added or deleted, subject to demand. The portal promotes a number of features to provide efficiencies and supports sustainable practices:
• Centralised and/or de-centralised ordering
• Line of sight to all orders
• Paperless office
• Hierarchical access and reporting
• Live inventory management.
