Online Corporate Wardrobe

The Need:

Our client operates nearly one hundred company and franchisee owned stores across Australia. The opportunity to offer a consistent wardrobe to all staff regardless of location meant that a cohesive and coordinated selection of high quality branded garments could be developed and made available to all staff while ensuring bulk buying power enhanced value for money. A key criteria was that all stores required a centralised ordering portal capturing all offerings and enabling total wardrobe management.

The Response:

At Promo & Print Co. we build custom ordering portals for our clients inhouse, offering unparalleled levels of customisation to meet specific criteria, such as enabling authorised team members to order pre-approved goods at contracted pricing and being able to tailor their online store to look and feel like an extension of their existing corporate online environment, with familiar icons, categories and language.

To hone in on the best gear to suit wide-ranging staff, we worked with our client through garment sampling, shortlisting, and wearable trials to form a complete wardrobe offering, with uniforms to suit corporate, retail, and warehouse staff. Further, our client wanted their ordering portal to manage branded corporate merchandise, so the online catalogue was also adapted to manage promotional merchandise orders and stocks levels.

The Result:

The launch phase for the project was executed seamlessly, with the online catalogue reaching one hundred users on its first day. Feedback from staff from all stores was extremely positive – the catalogue was easy to use, delivery was quick, and the clothing and merchandise was high quality. Nationally, stores embraced the new uniform, with consistent uptake across all regions.
